The Commercial Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing & maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The Plumber reads blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste & drainage systems. Plumbers work in cooperation with other laborers and trades to ensure that all specifications and policies are met, and also to ensure the efficient completion of any project.
The Service Technician serves customers by installing and servicing systems, plumbing products and heating products. The Service Tech will do their best to comply with schedule provided by service dispatch to provide field service support and consultation; advise customers and provide best solution to solve the customer issue; complete assigned jobs; conduct required tests and calibration using test equipment; check and maintain equipment to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Lays out, fit, and fabricates metal components to assemble structural forms, such as machinery frames and pressure vessels, using knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and engineering requirements. Includes experimental welders who analyze engineering drawings and specifications to plan welding operations where procedural information is unavailable.
