Let's Grow Together

Williams Companies participates in Montana State University Career Fair, Bozeman Public Schools “Building Bozeman” day.

Williams Plumbing & Heating/Williams Civil Construction has been spreading the word about promising careers in construction to all ages in the Gallatin Valley Community throughout the month of October.

First, there was the annual Fall Career Fair at Montana State University. Some 3,000 students and over 200 employers squeezed into the ballrooms on campus. Williams was there to talk to potential Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Tech students, Civil Engineering students, Construction Technology students, and Accounting students. We are grateful to have such a wonderful recruiting event so close to home and with very qualified and eager students looking to move into the next phase of their careers. More than 50 students left resumes with Quin and Megan for a potential internship or full-time position with Williams!

Montana State holds its largest Fall Career Fair

We also recently participated in the Montana Contractors Association’s “Building Bozeman” event for eighth-graders in the Gallatin Valley. We loved having the opportunity to help students explore their options in the trades! Students learned about the career opportunities in construction that are available to them upon graduation. Vice President himself, Quin Williams, worked his way through college by working at his family’s plumbing business and has been passionate about the trades ever since.
